I found this very useful in identifying different salad greens in spring mixes to decide what I like.

I have recently purchased seeds for lettuce mix, arugula, mesclun, sorrel plus frisee yesterday at the garden center.

Yeah, I was trying to show my Mom and my sister what arugula and mesclun looked like and my mom realized she had frisee in a mix before and liked it.  I ended up going to several garden center last night and found it for her.  Was also temped by Mache / Lamb's lettuce but may have too much seeds already.

Having a visual guide makes it a lot easier to figure out which ones you really like.
