The secretary at the Police Department wants a spider plant.  I took the air stone out of the grow hole and put a cutting of the spider plant in that hole.  I just put the base of the cutting in the sponge and put it in the snap together basket and then in the grow hole. Hope this works.

Update:



I don't think it is looking very good.  It is on the lettuce setting and getting water all day, just as if it was in a glass of water.  Hope it works. Undecided

Final update.  I took the lettuce out and needed this grow hole to hopefully have all seven holes growing this time.

Nice healthy roots.
The spider plant will be going to it's new owner in the next few days.
