Before you use them?  I'm just starting to get some herbs from the Gourmet Herb Kit and I'm wondering since they are grown inside my house, with no dirt or bugs, do they need to be washed???  Do you guys wash yours off before using them, or just pick and chop???

I never did, but i do not see how a quick rinse in clean water water would hurt if your worried about dust or whatever.

Well today I got a bunch of Basil, Red Basil and Thyme which are currently simmering in my red sauce on the stove!!! Which by the way tastes SUPER YUMMY!!!!!

I did not wash them either, I figured they have to be clean since they're in my house.  I'm a bit of a clean freak, soooo yeah!!!    Grin
