Is your AeroGarden overwhelming you with copious quantities of herbs? No problem! Give this meat marinade a try. It works great - even with tender cuts like tenderloin.

Combine the following in a small mixing bowl:

1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. fresh dill OR 1 tsp. dried dill
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil or olive oil
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt-reduced soya sauce
2 med. cloves garlic, minced

Marinate your favorite cut of beef, pork, or chicken for several hours to overnight in this delicious marinade. It works great with steaks, chops, and individual chicken pieces, as well as roasts or whole chickens.

This recipe provides enough marinade to marinate 1-2 pounds.

Try to substitute other herbs for a change in flavor.
