Here is why an Aerogarden is so cool.  You see below my indoor and my outdoor garden.  The indoor garden is ready to use in a fresh batch of presto.  The outdoor garden is only good for making snow cones.  There was 28 inches of snow here in Maryland.

Wow! I'm to far south for that kind of snow.
It does make one appreciate the aerogarden that's for sure.

We are expecting up to 12 inches tonight thru Wed morning.  YUCK. I am so sick of snow (hence planning a trip to the Islands) and want warmer weather.

We already got over 16 inches today, and it is still snowing. They expect another 6-8 inches over night, giving me a real nice ride in the morning. Even though I hate driving in heavy snow, I do love the snow.

I hear you, nightgardener.  I love looking at the fresh snow...especially when it falls on the
bare branches and form an arch over the road..BEAUTIFUL! But treacherous to drive in.

I actually got my first AeroGarden because I used to get so down in the winter, with the lack of sunlight and the lack of green...   Sad  They have made such a difference for me!   Smiley  I could not imagine my life without them!

I agree.  there is nothing like picking fresh lettuce and tomoatoes when it's 20 degree outside and everything is white--not to mention being ble to sit here and look at the bright yellows, reds and oranges of zinnias, geraniums and marigolds!

Snow is the best reason to own an aerogarden.  I have to live with snow 5-6 months of the year.  Comes in the middle of october to beginning of november and stays until the end of march, middle of april.  Put some snow in a pail or tub and melt it.  Use the water in your aerogarden.  It is the very best.

No can do here - rabbits inhabit all the yards, so every scoop of snow is filled with rabbit excrement - gross, I know.  It is really lovely in spring when the snow is gone, and all the round "presents" are flowing on top of the dormant grass.

Spounds alot like Minnisota, we get every bit of 5 or moths a year of snow. I belive it start around late october, and last to marchor april. Snow in early may, is not that uncommon.
