Oh, Yup i have one tiny sprout and more sprouts on the way. excuse the recycled pod, i forgot to make a label for this garden. I have them on plain water, and will start a light mix once the sprouts have gained some mass.

I should introduce the garden a bit better. I planted three seeds in two pods and placed them into my AG3. I will be using general hydroponics flora series on this grow. This is my fifth time growing the micro toms and i just love them.

Cool - it is always a relief when you see a sprout come up.  I have never grown micro toms, so keep the progress coming.

Will you be choosing and eliminating the pods down to 1 plant each?
I have never grown these before and I am excited and wish my seeds would arrive.

Do you get a lot of toms? I like the cherry toms, but not as many that I would like to eat Smiley

I wouldnt say you get a huge amount of tomatoes. More of a special treat than a major producer. I've never grown them to be a producer variety because they are simply a wonder of science. They stay so small.. I will keep count this time and report back what i have picked from my two plants.

You have a green thumb for sure, shane.
BTW do they have to be pruned even though a small plant?

I pruned them once and they grew sideways and really bushed out. It's not really needed since the plant stays so small. I did notice an effect so keep that in mind if your planning to prune them. they will grow larger if pruned but never to a point where they would outgrow any garden.

As for mine, I think i will let mother nature run this grow so i will not prune unless there becomes a reason to.

I see from photos that they are really a bush plant rather than vertical growing.
