Good 'n Easy Lettuce Salad

This one is a winner. I can't tell you how many times I've made it for company and have had rave reviews. This is one of my favorite recipes.

1/2 c olive oil
1 tbs minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs dillweed, chopped
5-6 c torn lettuce greens
1 c grated parmesan (I don't actually use a full cup, I just eyeball it and I knw it is not a cup)
1 2 oz can sliced black olives

Combine oil, garlic, salt, lemon juice and dill and set aside. Just before serving put greens in large bowl. Sprinkle cheese and olives over top. Mix dressing ingredients with a whisk and pour over salad. Toss to mix.
